He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) awarded by the American Hotel and Motel Association and a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Over the years he has worked for several well established international hotels located in the United States of America, Singapore and China and recruited his own team of high quality hospitality professionals. Rodney Tan possesses strong leadership qualities and also maintains good relationships with corporate and political leaders in South-East Asia and China.

Ms Tan is an Executive Director of the company and Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance where she responsible for the overall administration and finance sections. Ms. Tan is designated to provide leadership, coordination and guidance to the corporate office and its all subsidiaries.

Ms Tan has been in the hospitality industry in the areas of overall operations, administration and finance for the last 18 years and her last appointment was the hotel GM. Ms Tan also bring to the company her extensive experience in managing property, investment, banking and finance.

Ms Tan graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia-Bachelor of Science.

LIM KWEE WAH
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Managing Director, China

Currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources to provide consultative human resources to the corporate office and all its subsidiaries. Mr. Lim also assumes the role of Managing Director in the Cairnhill Hotel Tianjin and Hotel Management unit to oversee all business, operational and financial matters of the business units. In addition, Mr. Lim is designated to spearhead, facilitates and coordinates all business activities and ventures in China and to assist in setting up and administrate these businesses.

Mr. Lim, a former hotelier with Shanghai Hilton Hotel, Furama International Hotel Management Company, UOL Group and Apollo Enterprises Ltd, has a remarkable records and vast experiences in Personnel and Training capacity in the hospitality industry. Mr.Lim started as a Personnel and Training Manager in Apollo Enterprises Ltd (Hotel & Resorts, Catering Svcs) for 10 years, before moving to UOL Group (Hotel and Properties) as the Personnel Manager. With his intense knowledge in Personnel Management and his capability to Management Company, before undertaking the role of Group Personnel Manager (Chief Representative in Yunan, China) in Pan Pacific Public Company Ltd. In year 1994, Mr. Lim Was appointed as the Director of Personnel and Training in Shanghai Hilton Hotel, managed by Hilton International before venturing to Rohm and Haas China Inc. as the Area Human Resource Manager for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea.

Mr. Lim is a graduate from Nanyang University, Bachelor of Arts and a graduate diploma in Singapore Institute of Personnel Management, Personnel Management.

GEORGE WONG
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services & Development
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing (International)

Currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Development, responsible for corporate finance, legal, policy, planning, strategy and development, administration of corporate support schemes, estate and administrative matters, international and cultural relations, investment and special project. Mr Wong also assumes the role of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing (International) to oversee all sales and marketing of the subsidiaries.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Wong held senior management positions in various companies including Head of Information Technology of a SGD3.2 billion revenue MNC, advisor of multi-millions companies; and General Manager of technology and business consulting companies.

Mr. Wong has worked for more than 16 years with broad and wealth international and regional experience in the in the industry of hospitality, retail, information technology, manufacturing, logistics, BIO-IT, healthcare and life sciences; and corporate finance.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Computing and Information Systems (Honors) from the University of London and Master of Business Administration specialized in Information Technology and Electronics Commerce from the Singapore Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Wong is an Affiliate member of IEEE, Ordinary member of Singapore Computer Society and Singapore Ministry of Education qualified Teacher.

LISA DONALD
Vice President, Revenue Management

Ms. Donald is responsible for managing all client services and corporate strategy for our Revenue Management division. In September 2004 the Cairnhill Group entered into a strategic partnership is IDeaS, the leading provider of hospitality revenue optimization solutions, to distribute IDeaS revenue optimization throughout Asia. Ms Donald oversees the Revenue Management System (RMS) product delivery process from pre-sales presentations, through installation, training, project management and ongoing support and system usage.

Ms. Donald brings to her role 17 years of experience in the hospitality and property management industry and specialized knowledge of revenue management, specifically the products offered by our strategic partner, IDeaS. Ms. Donald worked for IDeaS in 1998 in their Minneapolis office and was involved in various areas including installation, client training and project management.

Ms. Donald has spent the last three years working in the Real Estate industry with both property sales and management. Ms. Donald moved to Singapore in March 2005 to join the Cairnhill Group/CHIVERO. Prior to joining IDeaS in 1998, Ms Donald had worked for 7 years with the Brisbane Hilton International, Australia in both Front Office and Banquet Departments and as a Sales & Catering consultant. Ms. Donald holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia and has completed certification in internal company courses in Project Management and Train the Trainer. Ms. Donald is also a licensed Real Estate salesperson in Queensland.

SAMEER MUKADAM
Director IT

Sameer Mukadam is an innovative, results-driven IT Professional with over 8 years of progressive, hands-on experience managing complex IT projects, leading technical and professional teams. Experienced in every role of project management, including business process analysis, design, system architecture, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Some key competencies are, Strategic Technology Planning, Network / Security Infrastructure, Application Development, System Development Lifecycle, Vendor Management / Contract Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, IT Policy / Procedure Development, Staff Leadership / Employee Hiring / Retention.

Sameer is currently managing the IT infrastructure for Cairnhill Group and its subsidiaries and is in the team responsible for the support of the Distribution and Revenue Management solutions offered by Cairnhill Hospitality Intelligence Pte Ltd (CHI).
